Posted Dec 27, 2011 by Z   Posting 1 There's a couple of things that aren't set up yet.. Not Panicking Ltd is a company that owns h2g2, 1/3 of it is owned by the h2g2 community consortium. Given that we're currently a googlegroup (which can't own property, we're a google e mail list)... we are forming a not-for-profit-company called Field Researchers Ltd which will be able to own 1/3 of NPL. Once this is finalised every researcher will be able to join field researchers and have a say. The Foundation is a charity to promote literacy which is in the process of being setup.. I know it's taking forever. My previous drafts were done mid-November and after that various things went a bit pear-shaped at home, and Christmas always seems to knock two weeks out of the year, so I'm just picking them up again now.
