(I'm assuming that's where you live.) Great for your husband, bad for everyone else. I (occasionally) wish I was awake during the day and slept during the night, like a normal person. However, there's only a finite amount of happiness available and you didn't specify how long you wanted everyone to be happy, or even whether you wanted them to be awake at the time. Everyone, (including you) was happy for 5 seconds during the time they were last asleep. I wish that I could become thin enough to squeeze through the park railings so that occasionally I could have that space more or less to myself. Slowly, with this world loss of color, causes people to become more depressed and saddened. This begins the first waves of mass suicides. From now on, you know exactly what every single cell in your body is doing at every single moment. Trying to work? It's impossible for you to concentrate with that constant heart pounding. Take a relaxing bath? You'll never relax with all that blood flowing through your veins. Want to get some sleep?
