  | | I just wanted to at least address the awful bombing of London. I lived in London twice and still have ex-relatives and some friends there.
What a terrible thing. My heart goes out to those harmed and maimed and the families, friends and co-workers of the dead.
We lived through 9/11 and you will live through 7/7.
It is so awful that we have people willing to attack innocent people going about their daily lives, harminng no-one. If only they would kill each other - there terrorists and government/military types and leave the rest of us along to live in peace.
I am so sad that this has happened to you. I wish that I could do more to help! My love flies to you. I send you the biggest of cyber hugs.

  | | Dearest girl,
I was with my family at the end of May/start of June. I, of course, spent some time in London.
They are all well, if a little shaken. I am deeply saddened by the loss of life. One of the people killed came from a little village two miles away from were I was born. I saw photographs (in the local newspaper) of the funeral....the church was filled to overflowing.
Bless you for your kindness....gentle hugs
