If you haven't already, grab a copy of 'Mother Tongue' by Bill Bryson - it's an intelligent and hilarious look at the English language. If not, I suggest you print out a chunk of RandomEditedEntry selections that you've not ever managed to find the time to read yet... I actually started on this months before I heard about the film but the library called it back... "Sherlock Holmes - his last bow" by Conan Doyle. I'm trying to read the whole Sherlock serie and have gotten so far. "Life, the Universe and Everything" by Adams. I'm reading over all books I own by him to honour his 50th b-day.
