Not my most embarassing moment, which is too sad to mention, but that of an on-air person I work with. Two moments in fact.
1) In a *live hit* (a live segment of the news from a remote location) the aforementioned person was constantly bothered by a young fan who continually asked *Is this live on TV?*. Cut to a wide shot of the event with the the microphone still on unknown to the talent. *Yes, it was f*****g live on TV and you ruined it, you little s**t!!*
2) The one I was present for when the same person was reviewing a car. *There are three things I have a problem with.* Holds up three fingers, palm in. *One..blah, blah..* Folds in finger next to pinky, but here in NA that isn't quite the insult it would be in the UK. *Two..blah, blah..* Folds in INDEX finger, leaving central digit proud and erect. *Three...* I'm not sure what happened next, I was on the lawn laughing.sd
