so, i tried getting advice elsewhere and people were very rude and obnoxious...i think I spelled that wrong...

I took ecstasy last night. It was okay, but I don't like it. Don't enjoy the whole speedy feeling. So, today I feel horrible. I just wanted to know if anyone had any advice (besides telling me to go to rehab or don't do it) on how to feel atleast a LITTLE better today I would appreciate it so much. Thanks a bunch.

Get some nature documentaries, comfortable clothing and someone to hang out with (usually the people you went out with the night before works best, as they will be on the same level as yourself); and plan to do nothing the next day apart from relaxing with your friend(s) watching David Edinburgh talk about the wonders of nature!

Also, I have heard that doing strenuous physical activities such as rock climbing or an extended run or cycle help.

These are a couple of the more natural ways to recover after a night on MDMA. I am aware this is an old thread but for future reference this may help!
