  | | <self pitying journal entry> It's days like this I have to remind myself that I volunteered - nay, wanted - to do this. Nobody made me. I'm not coping very well with trying to juggle a full time job, part time degree, night work *and* maintain some semblance of a social life. Something's got to go. And I think it's going to be my sanity. I'm having to force myself to revise, when all I want to do these days is sleep. If i revise when I'm tired then nothing sinks in. Which makes me even more stressed. When this is all over, if I ever mention the word 'study' *ever* again you all have my express permision to a) remind me of this journal entry and b) take me outside and shoot me. </self pitying journal entry>
Sod it. I'm off to find some

  | | Well, at least *you'll* be having fun tonight.
I'm just between classes - again! Had a ton of recuperations today so have been teaching pretty much non-stop since 9am, though for one of my classes (a double class) we spent the second hour having lunch out. And guess where we went??? English conversation class over a sizzling dish of garlic prawns. Terribly civilised.
btw, did you see my hootoo friends photo album? Want to be in it?

  | | Hey Kerr - where's *your* photo??? If you are going to go around criticising other people's shirts it's only fair to put yourself up for ridi ... um ... inspection as well.
S,
A complete moose? Prone to exaggeration are we? Though I am also camera shy. Did Leopardskin help you out with your back?
Anyhow, glad to hear things have calmed down for you now and that you can relax. Well, after today's exam.
I'm okay except for the usual money STRESS, which is not interesting at all but manages to keep me awake at night. Ho hum.
Time for lunch.

  | | Az - Yup, moose. Well, ok I suppose I'm not *too* much of a minger in the right light. No, Fynn didn't do my back as there wasn't really time over the weekend. It's not been too bad recently as I've been forced to have a few hot baths at Blues' place recently which have helped, as I've got no hot water (again ) at my place and not likely to for the forseeable. Cold showers are not fun . Money stress is not good, I know .
Kerr - Thanks. It's all over now, so all I have to worry about for the next few months is how to juggle a full time job with drinking . Which I can do standing on my head (or standing on the bar, or dancing on a table )

  | | <rant> Our boiler keeps on breaking down. As soon as they replace the relevant parts, it goes again. You'd think they'd realise that there's something else going on that makes that happen and replace the whole darn thing, but no. They replace the parts AGAIN, everything works for a couple of days then it all blows again and it takes another two weeks to get a new set of parts and fit them. This has been happening on and off for the past 18 months. The only helpful advice my landlords can give is that we use the communal showers at their other block. Which happens to be a fifteen minute-plus walk away . I can't withold my rent either because the hospital pay it straight out of my wages. I would move, but with property prices being what they are in London I can't even afford to rent somewhere on my own, and the idea of moving in with a bunch of strangers yet again doesn't appeal to me any more. </rant>
