We can always do with more greenthumbs around the place! His philosophy was unfaultable, but his methods were... alienating. To say the least. Unless it was the philosophy you were disagreeing with? The society has an official set of standards and guidelines now, so we wouldn't be able to get away with his methods even if we wanted to. They were quite distateful, after all. And I'm sure there's a Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Birds around somewhere. Perhaps it's a subsidary organisation of the SPCA. Same with Fish and Reptiles, I believe. The Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Fungii seems to be taking its time to get organised, but I'm sure that will be happening soon too. So can I use your link? huh? huh? Can I?
