Im not to bad except for my shoulder. I have to book in at the drs tomorrow i need to have a Subacromial injection of Local anaesthetic Cortisone, NOt realy sure what it is but its suposed to be 90% succesful so i will take the risk as it beats being in constant pain if it works.
