December 2002 Mark Moxan gets so fed up with my campaign that he says "give me a break" I respond by taking a break from campaigning until January 2003 when I once more mount the soapbox.
August 2002 and a 'Towel Smiley ' finally appears. 
since the SATS has partied before that is causing it to happen again.
