Since I don't drink milk, I only drink my tea black. Weak black tea is the only way I can drink it. I only dip the tea bag in the hot water for ten to thirty seconds, near ten seconds is best. This makes a refreshing cup of tea for me, anything with the teabag in longer is too strong and horrible for me to drink. I like black coffee to drink first thing in the morning and after dinner, but during the day I prefer weak black tea.
