Conversation:

In the few years I was a teacher at high school (240 pupils) I had to "coach" them about the ins and outs of every day social life.

Often I used the song of The Police; yes, we all listened to it,
while we first had reshaped the classroom in a living room;
all chairs in a circle, music on and listen.
Of course the sóng was not new for them,
but the setting was,
as appeared
by real silence.

As you get older the years whizz by faster and faster




When I was in the beginning of my teens, the (1½ week long) x-mas holiday was stretched so far one could have three different dates and live through the ups and downs in all three relationships soaring and aching.

Don't I know it ... seems like only yesterday I was enjoying the long hot summers of the 70s .... now I can't believe I'm old enough to say .... I remember when , oh about 25 years ago ....


I'm turning into my Mother ......


There are worse thngs ...... I suppose.
