Hello ! Welcome to my humble abode. I have absolutely no idea what to put here! everyone else seems to have a more inventive sense of humour than me. Still here goes. Lady of leisure - maturing like a good wine but still bubbly. Love my black cat Moppett and enjoy gardening (mostly edibles) and live very close to the beauties of Derbyshire in England. Spent most of my career as a Secretary/computer problem fixer (in a very minor and not very technical way) then decided enough was enough and took early retirement. Its great!! Am currently composing this with the help of Felicity, my 'me to you bear' who sits on the computer desk offering wisdom and a sweet expression; whilst listening to the band of the Coldstream Guards - I could well edit all this out very soon when I've had chance to read more worthy entries from elsewhere. Heaven knows what I do next; but we'll just see what happens from here on in.

I am the witch who can't be seen,
and I was born on Halloween!
my own familiar with me sits;
his eyes are golden - merely slits.

I gaze into my crystal ball,
and see the snowflakes as they fall,
upon the planet dark and grey,
for Summer solstice now I pray.

And when the tarot cards I spy,
I grasp them with a gleeful cry.
perhaps the future will be told,
when pictures I at last behold.

So do not mock me, for I say,
