About Me

Dog Whispering the art of learning the language of Dog

Welcome from:

The Whispering Dog.

Mans Best Friend

I have an unusual hobby as a human whisperer. As I do not understand your human way of communicating with each other, my human agreed to translate dog into speech writing for you to understand.

I often take him out with me when rehabilitating human beings and training dogs. I wouldn't be without him as his manlike ways can often pick things up which I could very easily miss.

I am nine years old in human years which is over 60 years in dog years. I have one on one experience with eight humans and have been associated with hundreds more around human parks and pavements.

Experience has shown on many occasions, people can be really unbalanced. There are many reasons but the main reason, are you ready for this, is you, the dogs companion. Most likely, your lack of understanding on what dogs are all about, leading to a bout of unreliability and uncontrollable emotions.

Over the years, I have found staying calm and relaxed helps them chill out. When they are in this easy style emotional state, it is much easier to change any bad habits they may have accumulated.

One thing to note is dogs love to please members of their human pack and they love to please us, pack members or not, but they seem to do it in the most inappropriate manner and times.

Men and women treat us dogs like their own children. Now how confusing is that. Why? because dogs do not speak or understand what you are saying. OK, I am not thick, amongst some dogs, intelligent comes to mind. Like other K9s, I listen to those funny sounds which people make with their mouths. Quickly associate them sounds with things they want. Now that's clever, it's a shame they don't try as hard to understand what dogs are saying. We try, but most people are unable to understand us.

They string a few of those sounds together and I am lost but they expect me to understand, so the head goes on one side, give them a look which seems to make em happy. If not the they get frustrated and sometimes very angry. I am a dog not a child - Me speak no human.

So here I am, willing to try and explain doggy to all who are interested in the hope my human manages to translate my thoughts to the best of his ability.

There will be pages to explain areas we have in common with humans, explaining why dogs act the way we do. Plus how we see human behaviour with the hope it helps understanding between us

That's me as a puppy

I intend to write tips and guidelines on how we can live on this planet in harmony, be more balanced by understanding the way of the dog.

If you are a dog companion, I hope you will follow my pages because even if you are a very well behaved human, its good to find out what can make our lives even better.

Doggy News

Articles are written by my human companion so expect them to be written from a human perspective to make it easier for readers to understand. Woof woooof woof woof woooaaf. (Thank you for your understanding).
