Help, I have a pen coming out my nose!

What the heck did they do to this, I can guess...

I am experienced as a Help Desk Analyst and Computer Repair Technician. I display ability to communicate well with all levels of an organization. I have always been primarily focused on customer service and have been the link between the I.T. organization and the end user. My education includes college level computer, chemistry and electronics courses. I am very organized, detail oriented and mechanically inclined.
I am experienced in supporting Windows operating systems and desktop applications as well as Silicon Graphics Unix, (SGI IRIX, did that for Exxon and then ExxonMobil, seven freakin years). I have experience installing network and telephone cabling as well as automotive power and antenna cabling (did the auto stuff installing tablet PC's in Detroit police vehicles). I suppose I like to work on cars, mainly out of necessity.
Interests: Astronomy, Paleontology, Archeology, Military/World history. Love to Rollerblade(Rollerhockey). Where I grew up Downriver, Detroit.
Something I still can't find on Google... my fingers... ;^) sort of industrial/farm equipment accident joke... harharhar
